adds "Caramelldansen" (Speedy Mix) to Rhiyes, along with some rainbow VFX

options:
---------
- affects mount BGM directly (must use default collection) or the sound is tied to the VFX instead (character collection OK). you can also disable sound altogether if you just want the VFX, but where's the fun in that?
- original speed or random speed (1.2x - 2.0x)
- adds VFX (awful mode or extremely awful mode) or disables it. by disabling, you will have to use the BGM option instead of the one tied to VFX
as with all mods that directly replace music, don't have the mount's music started or playing when you change this option. if you do, use two other mounts first before trying it again so that the BGM cache is properly reset
quirks:

- BGM options will allow continuation after dismounting, while VFX-based sound options will always reset after dismounting. this is a game limitation
- it's possible to have different options active in both default and character collections, leading to overlap of sounds if both BGM and VFX-based sounds are enabled
