YoRHa Type-53 Headband clip fixes and style standardization.

- For tall females.
- Fixes clipping with various hairstyles (but not all of them).
- Standardizes the way the headband fits over the nose.
- Option to toggle the front embroidery.
- Option to toggle the back tie.
- Color table included - row 15 controls the weathered portion.
