[Gen3] Appointed Attire Set -RiderTHiCC Edit + Upscales

This is the Appointed Attire, the glam set rewarded for the Ameliance Custom Deliveries (and the winner of the Spring 2024 poll in my [defunct] discord). Jacket has vest shortened to show belly button and shirt parts below that removed, as well as option to hide or show collar-and-tie. Slacks lowered a bit to show belly button, and heightened at ankle parts, shoes heightened to heels.

Chest sizes with leg clearance:
RT-M chest with RT-Plump butt clearance
RT-S chest with RT-Mega butt clearance
RT-X chest with RT-Mega butt clearance
RT-G chest with RT-Mega & RT-Ultra butt clearance

Chest comes with either collar-and-tie, or cleavage with necklaces enabled.

Leg Sizes:
RT-Plump (NormalLeg)
RT-Mega (NormalLeg)
RT-Mega (ThiccerLeg)
RT-Ultra (ThiccerLeg)

Feet have been modded to a heeled version.

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations.
Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
