Cat eyes based on a old 2D model I made years ago but ended up never using, redrew it on procreate for FF14~

For the glow use Atramentum Luminis, and for the gradient eyes use the Gradient Eyes by ItsLightningBolt~

The glow is disabled by default, to enable it you have to go to advanced editing. Go to materials tab and select the material file being used (should be highlighted), within the file look for material constants and underneath it you should find "g_EmissiveColor". That will be how you adjust your glow intensity and color! Don't forget to hit save to file afterwards!
