(DT) Short locs (for almost all)

8.11.24 update. file updated for dawntrail. Miqo ear textures on male are a little weird but not too bad. Not sure when or if I'll make an update for femhroth.

Short locs style for almost all!
originally a hair I made for my viera, I tried my hand at porting it over to everyone else.

This is on hair 141 for all races except viera
its hair 3 for male viera, and hair 9 for female viera
not hat compatable

This doesn't work on male roe or hrothgar!! I couldn't get the hair to work for them without them breaking horribly, but others are welcome to try and move the hair over to them if they'd like!
