Celestial Witch is a makeup mod meant to give a dark blue-toned witch-like vibe for your Miqo'te and Viera alike! The color varies depending on skin tone, with the palest getting a vibrant blue and darker tones getting a really pretty purplish-blue tone. Honestly, really ecstatic with how it came out!
