Author's Comments:

All I did was merge the four options into one .pmp and convert to DT (As well as add text to the original image). Works for all female talls.

Contains 3D model data and Bibo+ underwear textures. Skin textures are not included, and require Bibo+ as a dependency. This FINALLY fixes that bug with the SFW option.

Original is hotlinked in the other links. Only credit me for putting everything together, not for the body itself. Credit Nanashi for that.

I will remove this if Nanashi wishes to release their own update, or if they wish for this to be taken down for any other reason.
