A personal trans edit for YAB Lanky that I wanted to put out there for the folks that have need of it.
SFW Smallclothes with a bulge, and Small Taint Uncut B for Emperor's. No flaccid, currently, but I may add it in the future. Not IVCS, and I don't quite have the knowledge for that yet, but, eh. Peepee regardless. ONLY A MODEL EDIT, both the Smallclothes SFW and Emperor's Erect require the base mods for textures. Known issues include a limit on behalf of the Hotdog textures, as Hrothgal muscular textures for the normal map isn't included in the mod, so if you use a muscular edit for Hroth, you end up with a seam. Such is visible in the preview. But it isn't too obvious. Should be compatible with Hotdog accessories as well, when those come back around.

Fair warning, I forgot my C+ was active when making the preview photo. All that's edited for the body is a slimmer waist, however.
West says to use Aleks' perms, so do look into Yet Another Body+ for permissions regarding this edit.
