An outfit request from my sister, based off a set of cosplay pictures (Idk if it's a particular character or anything, I just followed the references!).

Everything is dyeable, but if you want to dye the tie/suspenders/straps separately from the vinyl, you will need to edit its row separately, as it otherwise is all on channel 2.
