A simple propagation port of the hat-compatible vanilla mashup for hair 177 by skeleton.
NOTE:
-Miqo'te are earless-only. Use custom ears or ear-flap removers.
-Hrothgals lack hair 177 entirely. I could've replaced 178 or 179, but decided against it. Sorry!
-The scale is EXTRA puffy on some races.
-Hat compatible on every race - including Hrothgars and Viera. Use an enabler-mod.

Port at will with credit, don't use in distasteful or paid content.
