Couldn't find piercings like what I wanted, so I made my own! Felt like sharing as I'm quite happy with the result.

Built around face 1, may work on others.

To change colors:
Advanced editing > Materials > rir_b > Adjust row 16A & save

By default it's on the right emperor's new ring. This can be changed in:

Advanced editing > Item Swap > "Ring" OR "Between Slots" for other gear
