Look, I saw the open shirt in 'Floral and Ripped' and then I remembered the port I did of 'The Basics' and my fingertips moved on their own.
Not perfect by any means, the weights on the armpit area gave me hell. maybe i'll revisit at some point but this was mostly for a meme I wanted to make. Thought I might as well share.

Place this mod at a higher priority than the required mods.
The texture selection you choose for the required mods will carry over to this one! have fun with a ton of color and pattern combinations. I did my best with trying to select which parts of the garments will dye with the dual dye system, but you can adjust it with Glamourer's advanced dyes.
This port covers the seam in the breasts that is present in TBSE-B if you do not use the provided overlay for the normal map. You can see details about that on the original mod page ->https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/120712
