If you use a face mod that affects the alpha layer, you may notice that eyeshadow and lipstick no longer work. This at least lets the latter show up on those modded faces.
This was made primarily for my Au Ra (who uses Face 4), but it SHOULD work for all races with how face paints work. It should work with Glamourer as well, though note that you'll have to mess with the colours again.
I've also included the loose PNG file in case you want to go into TexTools to apply it to a different face paint.
