Handpainted Tattoo and Neck Overlay

I added a premade mod for midlander based races, scaleless Xaela and Raen. Since many ask for transparents, I also added different overlays for your own editing and painting the flowers to your liking (not everybody is happy with colors, I get that) :)

Edit the tattoo to your liking, but please don't claim it as your own OR REUPLOAD, thank you very much ♥
