[7.0+] Dyeable Valentione Jewelry

Few days late because I was busy and work slow. Ports several Valentione themed bits to usable items and adds dyeable colorsets. Ports of some of these exist but they didn't dye, were missing males, etc. I have recreated these myself, only SE's assets are used here.

Rose Earrings (Shown poorly because I'm lazy.)
Affects: Augmented Shire Preceptor's Earrings, Shire Preceptor's Earrings, Tremor Earrings of X
Description: Swaps the materials from the Rose Earrings shown in the 2025 Valentione's Event to the above earrings. Dual dye compatible. Several colorset options.

Heart Choker
Affects: Namazu Neckerchief
Description: Ports the choker from the Valentione Apron Dress to an actual neck item. Dual dye compatible. Several color options for the metal bits. Only fit to vanilla bodies, bottom may clip with modded bodies.

Split Choker (Shown)
Affects: Mameshiba Neckerchief
Description: Ports the choker from the Valentione Rose/Forget-Me-Not/Acacia Dress to an actual neck item. Dual dye compatible. Several options for split dye, mono dye, metal color, etc. Default colors are pulled from the Rose variant.
