A vanilla mashup of the Vanguard Jacket of Casting/Healing, and the bralette from the Sky Rat Harness. The bralette dyes on the 2nd dye channel :)
There's a funky little fabric loop on the spot the jacket strings cross the chest, and I wasn't sure what to call that except a "tab," so there's an option to remove that tab if you want. I personally think it looks better to remove it it you want to wear necklaces.
There is possibly a small amount of clipping on the chest in some dramatic animations if you're using vanilla chest size greater than 80.
Feel free to modify however you want :)
