- Replaces Minstrel's Spectacles (Facewear) and Mythril Magnifiers (Head), for all races/genders, allowing Neon Pulser to be equipped in your facewear or head slot.
- 8 different color styles to choose from, pick your favourite color or have it cycle through them all.
- Periodically creates neon ripples at your feet, combine it with your dance moves!
