Author's Comments:

Neon Street Blouson was way too bulky, so I made a sorta fitted version. You'll notice especially in the sideview a lot less volume. I also reduced the hood to reduce clipping with hair. Works on all tall female races BUT Roegadyn and Hrothgar will still suffer from ridiculously fat sleeves. Please visit the official forum to complain about this particular issue.
