Just an upscale for personal use, but along the way I thought I might make the mod accessible for others who use UranusRE. This dress comes in five unique textures to choose from in the original. By default, it should have clearance up to WC!
There is a size variant included that gives skirt clearance for hip and leg sizes comparable to RT-M / RUEXB+ (Bibo Megathicc) / etc. - You will still have to adjust your C+ accordingly, but I made it easier for you!
Remember to edit your C+ as needed for the skirt! I also cannot guarantee you won't discover clipping with posing or extreme uses of C+.
