A painstakingly charted map of every Bronze and Silver coffer in the South Horn. Cross-referenced with as many other community made maps as I could find, and personally verified by myself. Believe me, I spent 10+ hours in instances to make sure I got them right.
INSTALLATION: This mod needs to be installed under a Default or Interface collection! It does not work if it's just attached to a character. You can create a Default or Interface Collection in Penumbra by going to the Collections tab at the top of the Penumbra window, creating a new collection with the "Add New" button, and then selecting Interface/Default. Make sure to enable this mod in that collection, and relaunch your game if you're already in South Horn for the mod to take effect.
I chose smaller icons and exchanged for a 4K resolution map to improve the visuals of the chests on someone's monitor, while still being able to relay accuracy as to the location of a chest. There's been plenty of times where I thought a chest wasn't spawning, when in reality, the point on a map was off and I had simply been on the wrong side of a wall. The icons themselves have also been run through a colorblind filter to ensure readability. There's a small legend at the bottom right corner of the map to double check what you're hunting down.
I also chose NOT to include the half-eaten carrots, mimics, or pot coffers, due to the immense overlap they have in crammed areas, like the cave systems and Mach city. (Though if you do need a map that shows those, Lynn Kaneko's website has them on a toggle and it's very easy to read owo https://lynn.pet/map/southhorn)
That being said, we might still be missing a few. We checked some of the popular spots that seemed to appear on every map, and between six of us and ten hours of searching, we didn't find any of these elusive, mythical coffers. But that doesn't mean we weren't wrong. Don't hesitate to reach out to me over Discord or Bluesky if you see as much! My goal is accuracy and readability, to aid us all in our fervent search for that twirl emote.
