[Dragoness] Joyful Talk

Replaces sit pose 2&3 with the joy listen and talk NPC animations used by two NPCs in the Beehive in Eulmore. Works for all races and genders, however a few races will need adjustments from Heels. Specifically Lalafells, Male Au Ra, Female Roegadyn, Female Hrothgar, Elezen, and Viera. These animations are originally meant for a female miqo'te and male midlander respectively, so it may or may not work that well depending on your character height and size. I've also added tail positioning for the animation meant for the male midlander so rejoice tailed races, you won't have to deal with your tail sticking straight through the chair. I decided to include the lipsync from the original animations along with giving forced facial animations of Smile for the listener and Simper for the speaker.
