Includes FTM upscale of the pants model.

Upscales the second group of new PvP gear, the Critical Hit B-1/B-2 Tour Attire, to TBSE-X.

(I may retroactively add jiggle to the male pants (and other mods) but I do need a break pretty soon or I'm likely to burn out haha)
