DESCRIPTION:
A bit of a "redemption" attempt from my first c+ scaler for Marie, "Iris" was made in an attempt to improve from my first one while still trying to make it its own unique look (on top of still keeping to Marie's original aesthetics). To show it off a bit better, I included also not only comparisons to the original "Marie" with the base face settings (including makeup) but also a close-up look of the c+ scaler alone.
DISCLAIMER: While "Iris" is a bit more compatible with vanilla-based emotes, it was still made with the intention of being gpose only. It is not suitable for gameplay, as you can experience things such as eyelids clipping, as well as possibly exaggerated expressions because of how the scaler works.
TLDR: you'll want to pose the face yourself, don't use it for basic gameplay.
ADJUSTMENTS INCLUDE:
- Reshape the nose to make the nostrils slightly bigger as well as the bridge
- Eyes have been reshaped to look sharper and smaller (in an effort to emulate a more mature face)
- Slimmed down the jaw to reduce face roundness
- Adjusted the cheekbones to sit slightly higher
- Reshaped the lips to make the mouth appear wider while reducing the size of the lips
- Brought the upper and lower lip out slightly to emulate a more muted pout
- Slightly reshaped brows and brow-shape to emulate a more visual arch at the ends
- Adjusted irises more downward to prevent perpetual eyeroll look (to account for the newly shaped eyes)
- Adjusted the mouth/lips so the mouth fully closes with the scaler (as that was a problem I had with my first "Marie" scaler that was not present in the original Marie sculpt)
- Brought the chin slightly outwards to account for newly shaped jaw/lips
HOW TO USE:
- Open the notepad and copy the long string of text (going to edit > select all > ctrl + c)
- Open c+ and click "Import Template from Clipboard"
- Assign a name + enable on your character
PERMS / TOS:
- Do not reupload and claim as your own
- Do not use in paid works
- Personal/private edits for you/a friend/etc more than welcome (honestly highly encouraged)
