I absolutely adore the Asphodelos gear for all roles, I needed to make a tiny edit for my scholar character.

Affects both the Casting and Healing tops. A small mash-up and edit. Adds the Fending turtleneck, while making the original neck of the Casting top much shorter. Gets rid of the loose/ruffle-y sleeves in favor of the shorter sleeves. Fit to TBSE-W, but only requires TBSE to work. Doesn't affect textures, so I recommend Kyary's DT shaders upgrade: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/121974

Is it perfect? Lol no. Was a personal edit, and I always half ass my own shit, but this looks nice enough for the rest of the population. Might make a Muse version, and/or Slim.
