An HR3 upscale of Tsar's Noir Attire for HR3. Was originally done as practice/collab with @Tsch, huge shoutout to Nei for their original upscale that was used as a reference!
There are VERY clear issues with the mesh, especially around the collar. Much less noticeable in darker colours.
Currently includes;
-Medium
-Chubby
-Beefy
Should include all original toggles.
As always, clipping will happen in animations or with extreme C+ usage!
