I put my WHOLE being into this for the past 5 hours or so.
Flowers are fully dyeable via penumbra advanced editing!

Features
◇ The "Rainfall & Blossoms" suit hair from Infinity Nikki on all femmes! Yes, ALL!
◇ Alot of highlight customization (Viera and Hroth will need a mod to make their ears split-dye compatible!)
◇ Toggle for the flowers

TOS and other things to be aware of
◇ ports and edits of any kind OK! DO NOT PAYWALL.
◇ Not hat compatible.
◇ fits a lil different on each race, I did my best. This is weighted to a new skeleton, and is therefore a bit fiddly! I mainly used the side, front and back bones (left and right, on all of them) to allow you to pose the pigtails separately. A bit stiff otherwise.
◇ I made sure to negate as much clipping as I could, however do expect minor clipping with ears (esp modded ones) and when running. Clipping in extreme animations/poses/scaling is expected. Use C+ to fit the hair better to your character!
◇ does not work on male models.
◇ do NOT gatekeep my mods or ports. if anyone asks, link them back to this mod.
