Tsar for TBSE

Baby's first real mashup. I wanted something for the RP(tm).

It does clip in more extreme poses/animations, especially around the cuff. Might make a version without the armor (which was the original intention but,,, arm armor,,,). Mostly fitted for vanilla middies, but the forearm and neck are TBSE. Does require TBSE for textures. (Sorry, I'll make a fully vanilla version when I make an armorless version.)

This is a custom colorset edit that is not included, I left all textures untouched so you can customize/dye for your tastes. I use Glamourer's advanced dye system for it, personally.
