Thanks for smurf_xiv for keeping TBSE-Q maintained.
Author's Comments:
Removes the chest piece, cape, and part of the belt/skirt on the Moonward Cloak of Striking (and Scouting) and refits for TBSE-Q (2.2.3) shape.
Optionally changes the material file to enable 2 dye channels (cloth on first, leather on second) - might become redundant if SE updates this set in the future so that's why its an option.
(I forgot to turn off my Customizer+ config for this screenshot, so my character looking a bit more swole than normal TBSE-Q - sorry for that)
