[Luci] XIV Mod Sorter

It's me again, with another shitty tool for your modding convenience.

What does this do?
- This tool is intended to help with sorting mods before import, for when you downloaded too much at once again.

How does this work?
- Extracts and moves XIV mod files from archives and mod archives in the target location based on a configurable ruleset
- Separates mod packs, loose files, pose files and archives and neatly organizes them for quick import into Penumbra
- Automatically deletes modpacks containing blacklisted keywords (for unused body sizes for example)
- detects outdated (pre-DT) mod files that potentially require updating before importing
- Organizes pose files into a consistent structure and separates between solo and multi character poses

How to use this:
- Configure the mod / archive location on first startup, then simply move any archive file or XIV mod pack to that directory and run the tool
