a simple mashup thighboots with lots of metal accents !!

replaces Adept's Thighboots for all fem talls !

credit to squenix for the assets and stuff

- double dyeable, please colourset to your preference !!
- includes toggles for crystal deco that isnt pictured in the preview
- sized to vanilla legs, may clip with bottoms of other sizes
