A more intense Glitchy Face mod. The already existing one is not Glitchy enough to cover the face literally
This one fully covers the face from view by doubling the VFX twice over.

Only works on Emperor's New Hat, Maybe I'll make a version in the future that's on earrings or something else IF my friends have enough interest.
