the traveler's air-wheeler a9 - a recolor and vfx edit

this mod is a material, colorset, and vfx edit of the air-wheeler a9 mount (purchasable from neon in solution 9's nexus arcade for 7.5 million gil).

five colorset options:
- white body, gold metal, white glow
- white body, silver metal, white glow
- black body, gold metal, white glow
- black body, silver metal, white glow
- a blank option for your own customization

as well as options to change the color of the air-wheeler's vfx when in flight:
- default purple
- white
- white and orange

colorsetting info:
- 10a: emissive accents
- 10b: body details
- 11a: emissive
- 11b: emissive
- 12b: body
- 14b: tires
- 15b: seat
- 16b: metals

to make the bike dyeable, the material has been altered: diffuse has been disabled, and texture mode has been changed from compatibility to default.
