A very dusty collaboration hat for Howl 2, by nyeps.
Comes with a scrolling effect or no scrolling effect options.
The buttons are provided in the zip so you can edit as you like.
WILL CLIP WITH MOST MODDED HAIRSTYLES.
Doesn't work on viera or hrothgar - you can port to those races as you wish!
Feel free to edit this hat as much as you like.
Change the colors of the pieces in Penumbra through "Advanced Editing" -> Materials.
The hat itself and the pin logos are an asset of CDPR, do NOT resell their work or my own.
