Skirt/Coat Weighting Guide for Blender

Dedicated to Galv, who I told I'd just send a little diagram, and it turned into this. Whoops.

This guide will teach you how to make good, fluid skirt weights using Blender, a copy of your body of choice, and a skirt from wherever. No more chunks running away with your legs! No more butt clipping (hopefully!)
It has lots of pictures, diagrams and simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
Works on both skirts and coats, since those both use XIV's 'skirt' bones. And the technique it teaches is INCREDIBLY useful for modding and porting/upscaling to various bodies.
