Arm Dressing for Vanilla Talls

This already exists in several forms, but I wasn't able to find a vanilla version for males... so here it is.

Beast claws are optional -- if you decide to use them, know that they're dyeable on the second dye channel (accessible via Glamourer.)

This is intended for masc frames; it will technically work on fem, but it isn't fit for their arms and there's a small gap. I'd recommend downloading this mod instead: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/79244
