Tsar for TBSE

A vanilla mashup for all midlander male-based bodies that was just meant to be for an OC that I'm releasing into the wild. Very loosely inspired by Leon's coatless outfit in the upcoming RE game because my friends keep sending me videos of him, hence the mod name. Dual dye compatible, channel 1 dyes the dress shirt while channel 2 dyes the vest. Long glove compatible because I figured out how attributes work. Expect clipping with extreme poses, animations, and Customize+ scalings. TBSE is required for the skin textures to work properly. (The gloves are not included because they're a mashup of a few mods made by other people but I may try recreating them myself in the future)

Note for upscaling: Any part with a "00" in front of the name can be deleted as they are just duplicates with flipped normals and can be recreated afterwards.
