Affects the "Oversized Picot/Masha/Narumi/Ulala Neotunics". Available to all races and genders (I'll update ASAP as soon as I notice an issue with this).

Please note that the picture on the Neotunic may distort with Customize+.

I'd love to see people wearing their versions of these tops, so please feel free to tag me!
