I'M SO EXCITED TO POST THIS!
I'm a big, big fan of fantasy outfits. This is the first full upscale I've done of an entire outfit! ♥
I also ran the hair through TexTools and put it into the file, too. If in case you wanted to use that.

This mod is completely packed with textures, so you don't require the original, but you should still support Raeve/Imeris and her AWESOME freaking work as me upscaling this wouldn't have been possible without her. The original mod is found here: https://xivmodarchive.com/modid/89533 !!!
Things to note: If you C+ your boobs, the cape will clip with your boobs. Probably.
As with all disclaimers, if your C+ is EXTREME, the skirt will clip on your body. This is normal clipping. You can adjust the skirt/dress with C+ to alleviate said clipping.
Otherwise, live your best fantasy life and enjoy!
