Author's Comments:

a vintage winter coat that was probably my most ambitious clothing mashup yet

fully dyeable, with custom materials and textures. uses TBSE neck mesh/material

may be clipping around the collar with c+, and the skirt weights aren't perfect. i haven't tested extensively on other races aside from midlander. a little bit of c+ is used in the preview
