This is a top for TBSE and Hunk, mashes together the Neo Kingdom tunic of Scouting, Minesoph Work shirt, Minerise work shirt, and Metian vest for the straps on the side. Every part of the outfit is toggle-able, from the jacket- shirt, to the shirt harness. The only thing that isn't is the arm strap. Suffer.
Novice modder still, it will do some weird stretching around the armpits when your character reaches up that im too lazy to fix.
