Affects the /cpose, not the battle stance. Comes with two expression options.

You may experience issues. Please try using Simple Heels "/heels livepose" feature to make personal adjustments. I did my best to make it look good on all races but it may look iffy on bulkier races.
Works for both male and female races. Option drop downs are provided, along with omit options if you don't want it to affect anything.
