tactical straps mashup (+flat ver)

simple mashup using a lot of things that im too lazy to list out

female only because im lazy :( (i'll probably come back to this and port it to males... eventually. unless someone else wants to do it :3)

has vanilla or flat version
tried to make sure there was little to no clipping but there might be some, especially with some particular animations
