[NNeko] Global Gear Toggles

NOTE: This is intended for use in a Penumbra collection for YOU ONLY! Do NOT use in the Default!
"Global" is meant in a technical way, to mean all gear slots, NOT all Characters!
An initial attempt at a "nudity toggle" mod that covers all commonly used equip slots.
This mod behaves just like the mod by Bottomless Fantasy for legs, but adds more slots.
You will need to follow the same directions they give for legs.
Currently offers support for all 5 main equipment slots, (Head, Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet).
Please let me know if anything isn't working.
