Author's Comments:

A TBSE-X upscale of the Vana'dielian Vests of Aiming/Scouting. Currently for both Midlander-based races and Highlanders.

Include the following toggles;

- Remove Armband
- Belt-Be-Gone
- Remove Undershirt

Will have clipping in certain poses/animations, heavy C+ usage will make these problems worse.
