Silkie's Bracing Suds Recolor (Accessibility Mod)

Mod was made utilizing ocealot's "VFXEditor"

A simple mod to recolor Silkie's Bracing Suds attack (Wind Element) from green to red. While running Another Sil'dihn Subterrane, it would be quite difficult to differentiate the difference between Fizzling and Bracing puffs on a particular mechanic late into the fight, due to the Yellow and Green used being almost identical. This mod aims to make that visual difference clearer by having the three Sud colors be Blue, Yellow and Red. It works for my particular color deficiency but if you still struggle to tell the difference please reach out to me and I can make another edit.
