I've ported the Fragance of Life (Female Gon) outfit for final fantasy. It uses a full outfit but has options to toggle the neck and wrist ornaments.

Base I used for the base is EXQB but not sure if that really matters. Used Customize in the image, the outfit may look different on your end.
