Author's Comments:

this mod was packed using the new testing version of penumbra, and I've just been told it doesn't work if you don't have the new version yet. There's nothing I can do about it at this stage, since textools can no longer read anything in my penumbra drive, so I can't create a modpack using textools like I did before. So, I'm sorry if this doesn't work for you atm - there's nothing I can do until there's a textools update, or until everyone else gets the latest version of penumbra.
