Author's Comments:

An IVCS2 port of Tsar's Low-rise sweatpants to the TBSE Chonk body with a toggleable thong and dual dye compatibility on the sweatpants. The thong is dyeable as well through glamourer's custom channel rows 13A and 13B on material B. I tried my best on the weights and to minimize clipping, but extreme poses and C+ profiles will probably still clip.
