Changes /tomescroll to custom animation of pretending to read while scrolling tomestone.

Works for all but male Hrothgars and Roegadyns holding on to hopes and dreams.
Compatible with tomestone mods and Magic Reading for different book covers.

Wanted to make something fast to have a break from all the exams (hopefully it won't bite me later) and saw my boyfriend being very excited about the Aetherphone app, so I thought might as well make something funny for /tomescroll
