DESCRIPTION:
Quick port of Lith's "Incantation" ponytail to fem-based highlander, elezen and roegadyn. My port isn't a 1:1 of the original, as I did tweak the textures to reduce the excess hair gloss post-DT convert, as well as added hair caps from Elegy's hairline resource kit. There weren't any major bugs from testing, but I tried my best.
